The department of transactions at Blue Rock Financial Services is made up of brokers with experience which they use to execute orders on regulated market. Blue Rock Financial Services is a member of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and executes the orders of our clients through the platforms offered by this.
Blue Rock Financial Services is authorized to participate on our own and on behalf of our clients on any method of placement of financial instruments, both public and private.
Recently Blue Rock Financial Services has achieved the role of Lead Manager for the issuance of corporate bonds with a total value of approximately 400 million euros, and all those issued were closed successfully.

 

PRIVATE AND PUBLIC EQUITY PLACEMENTS

We have strong specialist expertise in structuring and arranging private placements for rapidly growing businesses.
